Went for my granddaughter’s birthday, she was turning 5. She and her 13 year old brother loved the games. The food was good as well. It was quite busy on a Sunday night, but our server was phenomenal! Very attentive and friendly. It is a loud atmosphere with the TV’s, games, and people talking, and kids running around. She had a great birthday, so that’s what counts!

Experience sheer awesomeness in a box! For the best experience and game availability, make sure to visit during the day. Nights can get a bit chaotic with a rowdy younger crowd, so day visits are definitely the way to go. The food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is incredibly uplifting. This place is absolutely worth your time! And don’t forget, first responders and military personnel enjoy a generous 15% discount.

We came here for a birthday party Saturday and the food, service and drinks were all excellent! I got the "dangerous waters" drink and it was great!! It's a bit noisy and easy to get overwhelmed by the cacophony of the atmosphere. The kids enjoyed themselves, and the girl working the human Crane was exceptional! Little did she know she had 3 neurodivergent children come through the line with me and she explained everything very well to them and was gentle and asked them if they could move their hair, or she could move it for them...etc. She kept the kids safe and has great attention to detail. She impressed me the most! This is a better D&B than the jacksonville one.

All I can say is WOW! I came in with my family of five, unsure of what would give us the best value for our money, and Paula at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She didn’t just explain everything clearly she made conversation, made us laugh, and really made us feel at ease on how to spend our money. Too often, customer service feels rushed or impersonal, but Paula made it genuine and enjoyable. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and clearly great at what she does. And the new Human Crane was awesome! All the staff in the back were super friendly as well. Overall we had an amazing time at the arcade and will definitely be coming back to this Dave & Buster’s.

Went here last night as I haven't been near a Dave and Busters in about six years. I didn't even remember that they served food. However, I was very happy with the Brekky burger. It tasted amazing and the guy serving us at the bar Zach was amazingly friendly. I came in too late to play any games but I can say I still had a great time.

Food is always excellent here, games are fun, prizes are great! Employees were all friendly and smiling. Bathrooms are clean as was the rest of the building. Our daughter is disabled and this roller coaster is her HAPPY PLACE

It's your typical style chain restaurant bar food, but the service was great. We got seated quickly, our server was super friendly, and very quick. We mainly came to play some games, win some prizes, and have cool afternoon indoors. All those boxes were checked off for us and we had a great time. I would have gone a full 5 stars but the rest rooms were a bit lacking in attention. I know things get busy but the basics (emptying trash / restocking consumables / quick wipe down) would more then suffice.
